Sourdough Baking Workshop with Rob Ferguson

There’s still a few more spots left in our first Sourdough Baking Workshop this Sunday. This workshop is coming at the perfect time to get your baking underway before the holiday rush. Come learn the art of fermented sourdough baking in this half day workshop. Participants will be able to leave with bread they baked during the day, as well as starters for their own sourdough bread to continue the baking at home. Rob will demonstrate the techniques necessary for successful baking, and will show how to use the tools needed to create spectacular breads and more. These specific baking tools will also be given to students the day of the class!
